International: 14–28 business days

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 14–28 business days.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.


4. I haven’t received my tracking number. What should I do?

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to be updated after your order is placed. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at domovate1@gmail.com.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, email us at domovate1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


7. What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately at domovate1@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.


8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.


9. Are your products covered by warranty?
